a smart, positive, and commercial Team lead Sales Benelux

 

As Team lead Sales Benelux, you will be part of the Nedis® Sales Group for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg and report to and support the Field Sales Manager. Within the set framework, which stems from the sales responsibilities, operational leadership, and concrete annual strategic planning, you are responsible for all sales and support related questions for your Teams customers together with 6 colleagues.

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • You have your own sales budget for new potential customers, next to following and leading teams set target to be reached;
  • You offer the right support within your team and ensure that tasks from our customers are dealt with adequately and with maximum customer satisfaction;
  • You ensure that customer requirements are processed accurately and in accordance with the Service Level Agreement. In doing so, you have a continuous eye for structural improvements in our internal processes;
  • You manage customer relations through excellent execution in offering suitable campaigns according to targeted marketing plans for field sales;
  • You create customized and competitive offers to maximize value for both sides;
  • You know how the sales channel works, what customers want;
  • You contribute to a positive active atmosphere and attitude.

 

Skills, experience, and personal characteristics:

  • Bachelor work and thinking level with preference in a commercial direction;
  • You have a go-getter mentality and get energy from solving customer issues. You bring internal and external parties together to find the right solution;
  • Socially skilled and constructive in communication, with respect for other cultures;
  • You know how to set the right priorities like no other;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing mandatory. Flemish and French seen as a positive add on;
  • Commercial, self-driven, and result driven;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Stress resistant;
  • Good command of Excel and PowerBI.
