Frequently asked questions

How do i restore the factory settings.

Put the earphones in the charging case, press and hold the R and L buttons for about 10 seconds. The lights will start flashing red and green on both earbuds. You will hear the prompt “Clean pairing information”.

Why do I only hear sound from one of the ear-pieces?

The ear-pieces are not paired properlu:

Disconnect any connections with the headphone you might already have.
Push twice on the left ear-piece
Now both ear-pieces will be paired to each other.

Go to the Bluetooth menu on your phone and search for new devices.
Now you will see only 1 connection available.
Tap on it to pair.
