Frequently asked questions
The soundbar and subwoofer will not connect.
Please try to pair the subwoofer with the sound bar manually as follows:
1. Ensure the sound bar is powered on and the subwoofer is powered off, press and hold the
MODE button on remote control for about 5 seconds until "PAIR" shown on the display, the
sound bar is ready for pairing with the subwoofer now.
2. Press the Power On/Off Switch to turn the subwoofer on, the Wireless Pairing Indicator
flashes blue three times, then changes to steady red.
3. Press the button to turn off the sound bar, and then restart it by pressing the button
again, the Wireless Pairing Indicator changes to steady blue, the connection is successfully
established now.
