We would like to inform you of an important change to our logistics operations. Following the acquisition of Nedis by Commaxx Group in February 2024, we have been working to further optimise our logistics processes. As part of this optimisation and to enhance our service, we have decided to integrate our warehouse in ’s-Hertogenbosch with Commaxx Group’s modern new distribution centre, located at Wiebachstraat 39, 6466 NG in Kerkrade (The Netherlands). This distribution centre, which is part of Commaxx’s international headquarters, meets all modern standards and complies with the highest sustainability and environmental requirements, including BREEAM certification. This integration will enable us to serve you even better.
 

What does this mean for you?

  • Improved stock availability: a centralised inventory means all products are stored in one location, reducing logistical steps and potentially speeding up delivery times.
  • Access to a wider Commaxx Group product range: benefit from a convenient ‘one-stop-shop’ experience.
  • A more sustainable supply chain: by consolidating our warehouses and centralising stock, we will significantly reduce our CO₂ emissions and contribute to a more sustainable supply chain.
     

Relocation and transition period
The relocation will take place between 1 April and 30 June 2025.

  • From 1 April 2025, the first Nedis orders will be shipped from Kerkrade.
  • The final shipments from our current warehouse in ’s-Hertogenbosch will go out on 30 June 2025.
  • During this transition, some orders may be split into two deliveries and potentially handled by different carriers, as we gradually update our logistics partnerships. We will do our utmost to minimise this and consolidate orders into a single shipment whenever possible.

We are committed to keeping the transition period as short and smooth as possible.
